The above mentioned term seems to be self suggestive. The most common impression that people get from the mention of the term is that mental health institute's deal in treating the patients of mental health. Though there are institutes that deal in the treatment of patients, still the main objective of these mental health institutes is to provide training, education, and conduct studies in the branch of mental health.

Mental health is a very vast and one of the, intricate and fine branches of the medical field. As in case of other physical ailments, treatment of problems related to mental health is not just about examining the patient and prescribing certain medicines. Obviously the same processes are involved, but still it is not as simple as it sounds.
